Where we ship

We offer worldwide shipping from China, subject to carrier service availability and applicable destination restrictions. Check the options at checkout before placing your order; contact hello@cirevora.com if your destination is not available.

Preparation comes first

Our current preparation estimate is 7–15 calendar days before dispatch. This is the time used to prepare your order and is separate from the carrier’s transit time. Check your product listing for any item-specific estimate.

Delivery after dispatch

Our current transit estimate is 5–8 calendar days after dispatch, giving a combined estimate of 12–23 calendar days. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, local delivery conditions and public holidays can affect timing. Please contact us before purchasing for a time-sensitive occasion.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is currently free for destinations available at checkout. Any optional delivery service and its charge will be shown before payment. Please review the final order total before placing your order.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes collected by Cirevora are shown in the checkout total. Free shipping does not necessarily mean that import taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance fees are included. The treatment of these charges depends on the destination and shipping arrangement. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering. This page does not promise tax-free delivery.

Follow your parcel

Keep your order confirmation and order number. Where a tracked service is used, the tracking information will be provided after dispatch. A tracking number may appear before the carrier records its first movement.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address carefully before payment. Email us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is late, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
