Choosing your stamp

Tell us which design you are considering and how you plan to use it. We can help with questions about the listed dimensions, handle options and what is included. Please check the individual product description before ordering.

FAQ & order help

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, a photograph of the item and packaging can help us understand the issue. Please never send your password, full card number or card security code.

Delivery or address questions

Orders ship from China. Preparation time and transit time are separate, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need an order for a particular occasion, contact us before purchasing. For an address correction, email us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.

Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. For a change of mind, you pay the return postage; for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Cirevora covers the necessary return postage. Contact us for return instructions before sending a parcel. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
