Terms of Purchase

These terms explain purchases from Cirevora. Please read the product description, delivery information and returns policy before placing an order. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not reduced by these terms.

Products and your order

We sell wax seal stamps and any accessories expressly listed with each product. Check the dimensions, motif, handle option and included items before ordering. Photographs illustrate the product; screen colours and natural material appearance may vary, but goods must match their description. Personalisation, if offered, requires clear agreement on the design before production.

Prices, payment and acceptance

The store currency is US dollars (USD), unless a different currency is expressly displayed. Review the final amount, shipping charge and any tax shown at checkout before authorising payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge for currency conversion. Only payment methods available in your checkout are offered; wallet availability depends on your device, country and provider eligibility.

An automated receipt acknowledges your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you about the options. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement; if we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund the amount paid for it.

Delivery and import charges

Orders ship from China to the destinations supported at checkout. Read Shipping & Delivery for the applicable estimate and delivery arrangements. Import treatment depends on the destination and the disclosed checkout arrangement. We do not promise that all duties are prepaid or that every order is tax-free. Any foreseeable additional charge will be explained before purchase. Contact us before ordering if the import-charge arrangement for your destination is unclear.

Cancellation, returns and remedies

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. For a change of mind, you pay the direct return postage to China. We pay the necessary return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Read Returns & Refunds for instructions, return address and refund timing. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited to 14 days. Personalised goods may have a statutory withdrawal exception only where applicable and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Safe use

Wax sealing can involve hot wax, hot metal and an open flame. Follow the instructions of the wax and heating equipment you use, work on a heat-resistant surface, allow hot parts to cool and supervise the process. Keep hot equipment and small parts away from children and pets. Product-specific safety information takes precedence where relevant.

Nothing here excludes liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from contacting a competent consumer authority or court. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively change an accepted order.
