Privacy Policy
This notice explains how personal information is used when you visit cirevora.com, contact Cirevora, create an account or place an order. Cirevora is operated by Richard Zhou, an individual operator and controller of the customer information described in this notice, based at Room 302, Unit 1, Building 3, Dongtang Huayuan, Beimen Subdistrict, Xinzhou District, Shangrao, Jiangxi 334000, China. Orders are dispatched from China. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@cirevora.com.
Information used to run the store
When you place an order, we use the contact, billing and delivery details you provide, the products and options you choose, and records of payment status, delivery and customer support. If you create an account, we also hold your account details and order history. Site requests may include an IP address, browser information and technical logs used to operate and protect the website.
Why this information is needed
Order and delivery information is used to fulfil your purchase and provide related support. Account details allow you to sign in and manage your purchases. We also use necessary records to meet applicable accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect the store against fraud and misuse. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests in operating a secure store, as applicable.
Payments
Payments are handled through the payment services offered at checkout, including PayPal and its card payment service. Secure card fields are provided by the payment provider. Cirevora receives transaction references and payment status needed to manage an order; full card numbers and security codes should never be sent to us by email. Payment providers also process information under their own privacy notices.
Service providers and access
The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with hosting supplied by Hostinger. Hosting, payment, email and delivery providers process the information necessary for their respective services. Store administration and support require access to relevant customer records. A carrier may need your delivery address and contact details, and customs authorities may require shipment information.
Cookies and similar storage
The website uses cookies and similar storage for functions such as the shopping bag, checkout session, account login and saved preferences. Blocking these may prevent parts of the store from working. The current website integrations include Google Analytics through Google Site Kit, Jetpack statistics, Hostinger Reach and PayPal fraud-prevention or checkout resources. Analytics measures visits and site use; subscription tools support messages you choose to receive. Optional analytics and marketing require consent where applicable. Our Cookies & Storage notice describes these categories. You may manage stored cookies through your browser and contact us about analytics or subscription preferences. Clearing cookies does not itself withdraw a subscription or delete existing order records.
Reviews, comments and messages
Information you choose to put in a public review or comment can be visible to other visitors. Do not include your delivery address, payment details or other private order information. If you contact us privately, we use your message and relevant order information to respond and resolve your request.
Retention
Different records serve different purposes: account records support access, order records support fulfilment and accounting, and support records help resolve enquiries or disputes. Deletion requests are assessed against continuing legal, security and record-keeping requirements. There is no promise of immediate deletion of records that must be retained. Our retention review schedule is as follows: routine enquiries are reviewed for deletion 12 months after resolution; inactive accounts are reviewed after 24 months without activity; unsuccessful or cancelled purchases with no payment or open dispute are reviewed after 90 days. These are review periods, not automatic deletion guarantees. Necessary invoices, completed-order and refund records are retained for the applicable tax and accounting period and any unresolved claim, then deleted or anonymised when those purposes end. Consent and suppression records are kept as necessary to demonstrate and respect your choices. Public reviews remain until removed or no longer relevant. Copies in backups expire through the backup cycle and are restricted from ordinary use.
International processing
The store is operated from China and uses providers that may process information in other countries. A customer in Europe or North America may therefore have information accessed in China and processed where our hosting, payment, analytics or delivery providers operate. Privacy protections and access rules can differ between countries. You can contact us for information about the destinations, service providers and safeguards relevant to your information. The privacy notices of our service providers also explain their international processing arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, and may have rights to restrict or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact hello@cirevora.com; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions.
Updates
We will update this notice when the store’s data practices change. Review it before submitting personal information if you want to check the current details.
