Withdraw from Contract

You may notify Cirevora that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase without giving a reason. For ordinary goods, send your notice within 14 calendar days after receiving them. A timely notice does not depend on our approval.

Send a clear withdrawal notice

Include your name, order number or sufficient purchase details, the items concerned and an email address for confirmation. You do not need an account or a particular form to send notice.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. The return address is the China address above; recipient telephone: +86 173 7931 8787. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Cirevora covers necessary return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods; contact us for the appropriate shipping arrangement.

Refunds and exceptions

For an eligible statutory withdrawal we refund within 14 days after receiving notice, including standard outward delivery for a full-order withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of return are received, whichever is earlier. Upgraded delivery costs above the standard option are excluded. You may inspect goods as in a shop; a lawful deduction may apply for excessive handling that reduces their value. Personalised goods may be excepted only where the law allows and the exception was disclosed before purchase. Mandatory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
